Friday 18th April - Augathella - GOOD FRIDAY

A very quiet day here at Augathella today. Lovely spot right beside the river and fairly quiet except for the few horse floats going past to join the Rodeo. The weather is quite warm but unfortunately we can't swim in the river. Have managed to do some washing and read my book and that is about it.  Decided not to go to the Rodeo and when Maree & Paul drove up to have a look there was nothing happening. Tomorrow we will hit the road again and we have no plans about where we will stop. Will now start to do the real tourist thing now that we have caught up with Max & Carol.  First picture is the BBQ area where are camped at Augathella, looks like a very old wood fired stove. Second picture is our camp site, looks a little like a laundry site with all our washing hanging.
