A very easy day today with a 75km trip from Kununurra down to
Lake Argyle Resort. Nice little caravan
park with shady, grassy sites and plenty of people here already. Won’t be too long before we really start
noticing how many people are actually on the road. We may have left Victoria
early but they are all catching us now……….. Went for a swim in the infinity
pool and it was absolutely magnificent.
Swimming right to the edge and looking over at the rugged mountains that
form the edge of Lake Argyle is something else.
We then went for a drive to have a look at the lookout and also the dam
that holds Lake Argyle back and flows into The Ord River. I love this place. Happy hour looking over at
the great view we have really topped off a good day.
